Bardi Co. and PRE IPO CLUB Launch a Joint Venture for Private Markets

Los Angeles, California Oct 5, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - Bardi Co., a prominent Registered Investment Adviser, and Broker Dealer focused on Middle Market, has launched a partnership with PRE IPO CLUB, a leading venture investors' club, to strengthen their respective private market businesses.
The current state of Pre-IPO platforms, according to Bardi Co. and PRE IPO CLUB, is dire, with various hurdles to customer satisfaction, including restricted access to late-stage start-up transactions, prohibitive fees, insufficient due diligence, and excessive selling. The collaboration will lead to a new way for investors to access Pre-IPO investments, based on more clarity, low costs, and superior research.
"If we don't act, the private markets will continue to alienate investors; discontent is already high, but there are enticing opportunities that will emerge when the market comes around," said Edoardo Zarghetta, Co-Founder of PRE IPO CLUB.
