‘‘MEIDEME”, Korea’s the first farm cosmetics brand that develops cosmetics ingredients based on fresh ingredients cultivated directly on their own farms on the west coast, has revealed its new brand slogan.

Through the slogan reveal, ‘MEIDEME’ conveys its brand value that aims for the beauty of ‘eco-friendliness’ and ‘life,’ the core values of ‘clean beauty.’ The slogan “Ugly to Glory” refers to the brand philosophy that every life grown from the ground, including a single leaf, is beautiful and precious.

‘MEIDEME’ applies the research on ‘‘Salvia Plebeia’, known as ‘ugly cabbage,’ which is the core raw ingredient of its products, into its brand value. With this, ‘MEIDEME’ conveys the message, “Made me, Make me Beautiful,” which means pursuing a beautifully shining health with sincerity, in other words, ‘the beauty that makes me who I am can create a proudly shining self.’

Through this brand slogan, ‘MEIDEME’ further strengthened the meaning and commercialization of ‘health (skin life)’ and ‘eco-friendliness,’ the key elements of its ‘clean beauty campaign.

Firstly, ‘MEIDEME’ ’s raw ingredients are ‘Herbal plants grown and cultivated by our family.’ Including ‘Salvia Plebeia’, which has proven to have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, its products also contain sunset hibiscus and milk thistle, also grown from their own farm and used as herbal medicines. ‘MEIDEME’ carefully selects only healthy, fresh plants for use.
