North Portland Staffing Firm Awarded Distinguished Bronze Circle of Excellence

Oct 21, 2022

October 21, 2022 - /PressAdvantage/ - PORTLAND, Ore. — North Portland's very own Express Employment Professionals office has hit the Bronze Circle of Excellence, according to the staffing firm's Franchise Owner and Managing Partner, Josh Armstrong.

"This is the first time we have hit Bronze in my less than two years as a partner," said Armstrong. "It feels great to grow over our circle of excellence achievement level from year one."

As an Express franchise, offices have the opportunity to participate in the Circle of Excellence program. This program inspires and challenges franchisees to attain substantial sales success and be the total employment solution in your community. Based on annual performance, participation, and compliance criteria, franchisees can achieve Circle of Excellence after generating a minimum gross margin dollar amount.

"I am so thankful for all the hard work done by our North Portland team that lead to us hitting Bronze. We really do love what we do and that lead to us growing year over year," states Armstrong.

Josh Armstrong has been a valued member of the Express family since 2011, initially serving as the Pacific Northwest Region's Director of Risk Management. In January 2021, he became the Franchise Owner and Managing Partner of Express Employment Professionals of North Portland, bringing with him over 15 years of staffing and recruiting experience and a decade with Express.
