In order to get unwavering self-confidence and synergy from within, every person must be aware of their traits that tell what type of people they are. Based on authenticity, there are two kinds of people namely Authentic People and Inauthentic people. However, it does not mean that Inauthentic people are fake but they struggle to address their feelings and true self. Some of the general traits of inauthentic people are desperate need of approval and validation, exercising shame and prejudice, having a self-deceptive mindset, being unable to learn from mistakes, and many others. Though these traits are seemingly increasing among all generations, there is a way to get rid of them and embark on a new path of life that is more promising and empowering for everyone.
In society, it often happens that people consider one's authenticity based on their passion or the kind of work they do. As a result, it has gone very easy to get caught up in their conviction while ignoring the traits and characteristics that reveal their inner truth. With a strong and confident mindset, Authentic people reveal their true selves in their actions and values along with an alignment that paves the way toward the goal of achieving true inner peace that leads to happiness. While most people are ready to sacrifice their true selves in order to gain monetary joy, Eric is teaching the way to keep it forever. With the right practices, tools, and knowledge; people can achieve what they never thought of. This is an increasingly chaotic world, this is not a skill that one can learn; but something that one should learn to churn out most out of their lives without any negative feeling that holds back.
Negative traits and emotions are shared by all but with the help of right learning and unlearning methods, one can join the path to more enlightenment and gratitude. Negative thinking is created from biases and unfounded fear and therefore, one needs to learn the art of forgiving self and accepting the past no matter how harsh. Cultivating ideas boosts positive thinking and can help to proceed in life without the fear of losing anything including one's self. As Change is the only constant thing in life; one must learn how to adapt to it without trying to alter the incidents that happen in life. One needs to understand how to deal with the constant flux of change and how to navigate through it. Authentic and happy people usually feel fulfilled and are mostly able to transcend their moods and feelings through their actions and words.
