Yazhou-Huangjin Finances an Early-Stage Business to Support Habitat Protection

Supporting rehabilitation initiatives and maintaining natural ecosystems are among Yazhou-Huangjin's main priorities
Fujian, Fujian Sheng Jan 7, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - Yazhou Huangjin, a gold exploration, and development company committed to being the gold investment that works for our shareholders, our operating partners, and our communities, is pleased to announce the funding of a new business that will re-mine and treat waste from disused mine sites in order to help rehabilitation efforts and restore natural environments.
Mine tailings, waste rock, and water will all be used in regeneration to recover valuable minerals and metals. The proceeds from the sale of these items will be reinvested to support habitat closure and restoration projects, particularly those at the legacy and former mining sites. Through the reclamation of land and the production of environmental offsets, regeneration will additionally try to develop and exchange carbon credits and biodiversity credits.
Yazhou-Huangjin.com has agreed to make an equity investment in the start-up and will also analyze its portfolio to identify potential opportunities for the first project. A founding board of directors for the startup has been established, and site evaluation and selection are set to get underway.
For ethical investment firms, philanthropists, mining firms, mining, and environmental experts, downstream manufacturers and brands, technology innovators, governments, and communities, the early-stage business will aim to provide more cooperation, investment, and site-based options.
