SB19 takes three awards as BINI wins top artist at Filipino Music Awards

Maki won the album award for KOLORCOASTER, while Since Day One by Skusta Clee featuring Flow G received both song and hip-hop honours.

SB19 won three trophies and BINI received two at the Filipino Music Awards 2026, held at Pasay City’s SM Mall of Asia Arena on 6 October. BINI was named Artist of the Year, with its Signals World Tour 2026 also earning Tour of the Year.

For SB19, Wakas At Simula: The Trilogy Concert Finale won Concert of the Year. The group also secured the fan-voted People’s Choice Artist award and the corresponding Song award for VISA. Maki’s KOLORCOASTER received Album of the Year, while Since Day One, by Skusta Clee featuring Flow G, won Song of the Year and Hip-Hop Song of the Year.

A tie was recorded for the first time at the awards: Denise Julia’s LOVE AGAIN and ALAMAT’s Sinigang jointly received R&B Song of the Year. fitterkarma was named Breakthrough Artist of the Year, while BTS took the People’s Choice International Artist award.

The Legacy honours included a Lifetime Achievement Award for Regine Velasquez and a Tribute Award for Francis Magalona. Organisasyon ng Pilipinong Mang-aawit (OPM) received the Music Foundation Award, and ABS-CBN was named Music Company of the Year.

Billy Crawford, KC Montero and Joey Mead King hosted the ceremony’s second edition. Maki and Kamikazee were among the opening performers, with Janine Berdin joining Kamikazee for Huling Sayaw. During the closing performances, Parokya ni Edgar welcomed Jay Contreras for Halaga, followed by Elmo Magalona and Flow G for Bagsakan.
