Siti Nurhaliza earns two concert records after 145,000 turnout
The honours cover attendance across two stadium shows and the audience for her Gema Bumantara traditional music concert.

A combined turnout of 145,000 at two concerts has earned Malaysian singer Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza two record honours. Asean Records and Asia Records recognised her Legacy 30 and Gema Bumantara performances, staged within a 10-month period.
The attendance figures were 72,000 for Legacy 30 on Jan 10 and 73,000 for the Gema Bumantara Traditional Concert on Oct 17. Together, they earned recognition for the highest aggregate audience across two solo stadium shows performed by a Malay-language recording artist.
Gema Bumantara also received an honour as the largest solo traditional music concert, with the highest attendance, by a female recording artist. Its programme featured 34 classic songs, with Siti's performance exceeding three hours and 30 minutes.
The singer collected the certificates at a dinner marking both concerts at Kuala Lumpur's KLGCC Convention Centre in Bukit Kiara. Tan Sri Professor Datuk Wira Dr Abdul Latiff Abu Bakar, an adviser to Asean Records and Asia Records, presented the honours.
Concert collaborators were among those attending the celebration, including Noh Salleh, Hafiz Suip, Haziq Rosebi, Umairah and Odda.
