The Way Back to You sets November 23 premiere on Viu
JP Habac directs the series, which stars AZ Martinez, Ralph De Leon and Michael Sager in a story about past and present relationships.
Viu Philippines has announced a November 23 debut for “The Way Back to You”, with AZ Martinez, Ralph De Leon and Michael Sager leading the cast. The streaming service shared the premiere date in a post on X.
Production started in September under director JP Habac. The story takes place in an invented provincial town associated with onion farming, following characters who revisit familiar places and reconnect with people from earlier in their lives. Its relationships span first loves and current romances.
The supporting cast includes Jenzel Angeles, Ashley Sarmiento and Marco Masa. Viu described the drama as mixing humour with the emotional experiences and unexpected developments that accompany a return home.
The three leads appeared in the first “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition”. Martinez previously worked with De Leon on “The Secrets of Hotel 88” and appeared alongside Sager in the film “Opposites Almost Attract”.
