SB19, XONARA and J2X to share stage at One Zone Fest
The Smart Araneta Coliseum concert will feature collaborations, special guests and performances by other Filipino artists.
Filipino acts SB19, XONARA and J2X are set to perform at One Zone Fest at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, bringing together artists from 1Z Entertainment alongside other Filipino performers.
Speaking to reporters at a roundtable discussion, SB19 leader Pablo said the festival was part of a broader ambition to promote P-pop and Original Pilipino Music internationally. He said the programme would include special guests and sub-unit performances, with changes from the group's usual shows.
Choreographer Jay Roncesvalles, performing as J2X, said the artists had developed collaborations and decided how to group themselves for different numbers. He also has a collaboration with a performer outside 1Z whom he has wanted to dance with.
XONARA member Tin said the seven-member group had been preparing its performances since July. She said their set would explore something new while also revealing a more vulnerable side. Fellow member Dominique said the group had long awaited the opportunity to join the festival.
Pablo said seeing the acts together reflected the results of their work at 1Z Entertainment, while SB19's Josh expressed gratitude and a desire to continue their efforts.
