The Weeknd ended his After Hours Til Dawn Stadium Tour at Kuala Lumpur’s TM Stadium National on November 5, with receipts exceeding US$1.3 billion. Entertainment company Live Nation said the tour had set a revenue record for a male artiste.

The Canadian singer, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, began the tour in Philadelphia in July 2022. It drew more than 9 million ticket sales, covering 67 cities in 30 countries across five continents over 176 performances.

The Asian run lasted from September to November and grew from an initially announced 11 dates to 17 shows because of demand. Singapore’s National Stadium hosted two sold-out concerts on October 2 and 3, ahead of the tour’s conclusion in Malaysia.

The tour had been scheduled for 2020 to accompany his fourth album, After Hours, but the Covid-19 pandemic delayed it until 2022. It was renamed to reflect the inclusion of material from Dawn FM, his 2022 follow-up. Further changes in 2024 and 2025 added songs and staging associated with his sixth album, Hurry Up Tomorrow, released in 2025.
