Kris Aquino and Boy Abunda to share screen in two-part TV reunion
The recorded interview will air on October 28 and 29, covering Aquino’s health, family and possible return to work.
Kris Aquino will join Boy Abunda for a two-part interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” on October 28 and 29, 2026. Abunda said the recorded special marks their first in-person television appearance together in 11 years, following the end of “Aquino & Abunda Tonight”.
Abunda confirmed the broadcasts during his programme on October 21, after GMA Network circulated a poster hinting at the pair’s reunion. The special forms part of the programme’s week-long celebration of his 61st birthday on October 29. Alice Dixson, Ruffa Gutierrez and Andrea Brillantes are also scheduled as guests during the celebration.
According to Abunda, the interview covers Aquino’s health, determination to live, returning to work, recent love life and political views. They also discuss her sons, Josh and Bimby, and possibilities for working together.
Aquino previously appeared on the programme by videoconference on February 26, 2025. The pair’s earlier joint hosting credits include “Startalk”, “The Buzz”, “Boy & Kris” and “SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon”.
