VXON to open ‘P-pop: Beyond the Stage’ series on November 14
The event combines a documentary about the five-member group with live performances and fan interaction.
P-pop group VXON will be the first act featured in “P-pop: Beyond the Stage” on November 14 at Gateway Cineplex 18, Cinema 11. The programme includes a documentary tracing the quintet’s history since its formation in late 2021, with screenings scheduled for 1 p.m., 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
At a press conference, member C13 said the group wanted fans to see the work and difficulties behind its stage appearances. Patrick said watching the documentary would allow the members to revisit their beginnings and the challenges they had overcome.
Franz said the film includes vulnerable moments not previously shared with fans, while Sam said it covers training, performances, conversations and disagreements. The members said they had yet to watch the completed film and were looking forward to seeing it alongside their audience.
L-Squared Productions PH chief operating officer Ailene Llado said the format was designed to extend beyond a screening, allowing artists to tell their stories through performance and connect with fans.
