Vietnamese singer Ha Anh Tuan will celebrate his 20-year music career with Circus of Friends, a concert scheduled for December 17 at the Phu Tho Circus and Multi-purpose Performance Centre in Ho Chi Minh City. He will be the venue’s first artist to hold a musical event there.

Tuan said on social media that audiences would help determine the set list. Voting is under way, with Ru Em Tung Ngon Xuan Nong (Lullaby of a Tender Spring), Hoa Hong (Roses) and Xuan Thi (The Bloom of Youth) among the songs attracting the most support. The concert is intended as a smaller gathering, with around 2,000 spectators expected.

Born in Ho Chi Minh City in 1984, Tuan studied chemistry at Germany’s Technical University of Darmstadt. He gained national recognition after reaching the final of the 2006 Sao Mai Diem Hen (Rising star rendezvous) singing competition.

Outside his music career, Tuan launched the Vietnam Forest project in 2019. The initiative focuses on planting and restoring forests across the country.
