Hanoi plans 38,000 free tickets for Vietnam Culture Day concert
The November 24 event at My Dinh National Stadium is expected to draw around 50,000 people and will be broadcast live.

Hanoi expects to issue 38,000 free tickets for a concert marking Vietnam Culture Day 2026, according to the city’s plan. The performance is scheduled for 8pm on November 24 at My Dinh National Stadium.
Residents of 19 wards will receive 10,500 tickets, with another 7,000 to be distributed online. The rest will go to agencies, organisations and forces taking part in the programme.
The concert is expected to attract around 50,000 people and run for up to 120 minutes. Traditional and contemporary arts will share the stage with modern production technology. Fireworks are planned during the show and at its close.
The performances aim to explore Vietnamese culture’s development, linking its heritage with contemporary creativity and looking towards its future.
Vietnam Television (VTV) and Hanoi Radio and Television will broadcast the concert live. The latter will also stream it on digital platforms and install LED screens in areas distant from the city centre.
Stage construction, rehearsals and initial run-throughs are scheduled for November 9–21. A full rehearsal will follow at 4pm on November 22.
